  1. Are any of your houses mortgaged at a bank or anywhere else?
NONE of our houses is mortgaged anywhere and we give you the opportunity to check it with necessary places.

  2. Can I visit to view your Villas? Should I pay something for that? Do you organize any viewing trips from the UK?
Of course, you can visit to see the villas. We will be glad to guide you when you are in Northern Cyprus and we do not demand anything in order to bring you there and show you the villas.
Unfortunately, we do not organize any viewing trips from UK or from any other countries. However, we can provide help to our clients in their travel (ticket, hotel, airport transfers, accommodation, etc.) to North Cyprus.

  3. Can we ask for particular additional materials or changes?
    YES.

  4. What is meant by 'reserved' against some of your properties? Has a deposit been paid, or just an expression of interest? Please explain fully.
"To Reserve" means "To take the property out of the market for six months period":
You pay £1000 pounds to us immediately in order to guarantee that the property will not be sold until you visit it. You take it out from the market. The reservation time is six months. After you see it, if you decide not to buy the reserved property, you lose £1000 - you do not get back the reservation fee. If you decide to buy the property the reservation fee is accepted as cash down amount which means you lose nothing.

  9. How can I purchase my property in the TRNC?
There are a number of different procedures depending on the title of the property you have chosen. We suggest you take look at Buyer's Guide section for the more details.

  10. I am not a citizen of the TRNC, but I want to purchase two properties in the TRNC? How can I do this?
You can sign the contract of sale for the two properties in your own name, however, you can only apply for purchase permission for and take title to one property. Therefore, you will need to find a nominee (this person should be a friend or relative or someone you know and trust) to take title to the property and hold the property on trust for you or you will need to set up a TRNC company. Please ask us for more detailed advice on trusts and companies.

  11. Can I use my UK Driving license in North Cyprus?
For 3 months you can drive with your UK license, after that you can only drive with a TRNC license. Once you have been issued with your residency permit a local license can be administered within days.
